Mariano Jiménez Renedo, Managing Partner of Mariscal & Abogados
Mr. Mariano Jiménez has taken over the Management of Mariscal & Abogados. He replaces Mr. Miguel Mariscal, partner and founder of the firm who since January, 2016 has delegated the management and leadership into his hands.
Mariano Jiménez, a graduate in Law from the University of San Pablo CEU (1999), who completed his Law studies in the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris. Subsequent to his studies he worked for a period of time at an important German firm based in Düsseldorf, before he joined the Mariscal Abogados team in 1997, he then became a partner in 2004.
Mariano Jiménez has specialized in procedural law and arbitration in commercial, labor and civil matters.
He has delivered speeches at a series of conferences promoted by renowned entities such as Grupo Recoletos and the International Faculty for Executives (IFAES) and collaborates regularly with prestigious French, German, English and Spanish publications in order to publish legal articles. Mariano works professionally and interchangeably in French, German, English and Spanish.
